Bonne situation géographique, par rapport au centre bourg, aux plages et aux sites à visiter.
Maison à l'ameublement vieillot, mais superbe véranda sur l'arrière.
Par contre, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur l'annonce, pas de Wifi. Dommage

L'accueil du propriétaire est bon. La maison a un grand espace à vivre moderne pour la véranda. Cela contraste avec le grand espace intérieur de style plus ancien.
La maison est agrémentée d'un jardin spacieux.
Quelques améliorations sont à prévoir pour la décoration.

La propriété est fonctionnelle et bien équipée pour se détendre (jeux de sociétés, table de ping-pong) et pour les repas (salon de jardin, très grande véranda, un bbq... ). Le jardin est plutôt grand est sans vis à vis. La literie est excellente et nous avons très bien dormi.
La maison est située à 1 km de la très belle plage de la Source avec sa falaise dorée et les parapentistes qui circulent au dessus. Le centre-ville est agréable avec ses commerces, restaurants et vendeurs de succulentes moules. 2 marchés, le samedi et le mercredi, animent le centre.

Maison bien placée. Jolie véranda très agréable. Par contre des progrès à faire quant à la propreté et à l'entretien extérieur.
