About this house rental
Fisherman's cottage located in the municipality of Saint-Armel in the Gulf of Morbihan, ideally located 50 meters from a swimming area in a deadlock. The house includes a kitchen, a living room, a master bedroom with bathroom (shower and bath), separate toilet on the ground floor.
The second floor has two bedrooms (1 bed 140 and two beds of 90) and a shower with WC, finally the attic includes a bed of 140. The house can accommodate 6-8 people.
The house has a large terrace facing south.
It is fully equipped, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, TV and CD, DVD and the Internet. Many activities are possible: boat (can rent a dead body), swimming, fishing, walking, hiking, cycling, kayaking etc. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. A garden of 400 sqm is also available.

The house is well equipped. It has a pleasant and quite private garden with nice tables and chairs. It is set in a small cul de sac of similar properties so there isn't any through traffic and is quite tranquil. It is a very short stroll to the water's edge. We only used the ground floor which had everything we needed. We didn't attempt the metal spiral staircase to the upper floors which is probably not very practical for young children or anyone with mobility issues. There are a couple of negatives which could be easily addressed: there was only one garden recliner if you wanted to sunbathe and it was quite dirty. Secondly, although clean, the house could do with a refresh, e.g. a lick of paint and repair the door under the outside stairs, where the wood has rotted there are holes. However, we had a very pleasant holiday and the area around the Gulfe du Morbihan is beautiful with lots to see and do. This house is well positioned for easy access to all the area has to offer.

We loved this cottage - wonderful location, simply furnished with an incredibly well equipped kitchen. Makes an excellent ground floor apartment for two, but there’s 3 more bedrooms up a narrow spiral staircase for bigger groups. Olivier was a charming and helpful host. Merci!

Aangenaam huis, goed uitgerust, proper, goede ligging voor de meeste bezienswaardigheden rond de baai van Morbihan, heerlijk dichtbij de zee. Enige minpuntje: de temperatuur in de kamers boven.

The Fishermans House at Lasne; Saint Armel is the perfect location for a relaxing restfully holiday to explore the Golfe du Morbian. The house is located 50 m meets from a small cove. The house is well equipped and comfortable and has a love small garden and terrace. Mde et Mon Claux very pleasant and can provide any information you require about the house; rental details and local area. They are also local should you need assistance. We had a great time exploring the area and enjoying the cuisine and wine of this area of Brittany. Highlights were Josselin, Vannes, Rouquefort en Terre, Chateau de Suscinio; Sarzeau, Penvins. We will definitely return to this house and the area.
