3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and one with 2 single beds and a child's bed, 2 shower rooms with wc, one with walk-in shower and 2 sinks, dressing room, cloakroom, separate wc, many closets, large terrace with superb views of the Massif des Maures to the south and of Mount Aurélien and the Sainte Victoire mountain to the east. Mobile outdoor kitchen (Westahh by Lacanche), laundry room, cellar, small annex house, 10m x 4m mosaic swimming pool with protective barrier for children, hammock, pétanque court, badminton net, honeysuckle arbor with Salernes ceramic table , lots of little corners where everyone can isolate themselves, 6 sun loungers, 3 parasols, 7 tables, pretty garden with olive trees, one of which is 300 years old, cypress, maritime pine, mulberry plane tree, fig, medlar, pomegranate, arbutus tree, mimosas, lavender, jasmine, rosemary, lilac, Judas tree, oleander, agaves, Mexican orange tree, etc. Very calm, 2 steps from the village. Nice view of the Massif des Maures.

Clean and well appointed. The pool was delightful and very clean. The location was moments from the village centre with a good array of restaurants, cafes and shops. The garden was lovely, we enjoyed playing boules on the rink.

We hebben een goeie tijd gehad met familie. Typisch Provençaals. We hadden een baby van 6 maand mee maar het voorziene babybedje was er niet meer. Daar kregen we pas een halve dag ervoor melding van maar dan waren we al vertrokken. Ook waren er wel een aantal dingen stuk zoals hangmat en parasols. Al bij al toch een aanrader.

Superbe maison dans un belle environnement sans vis-a-vis. Tout ce qu’il faut pour passer des chouette journée autour de la piscine. Le village de Flayosc est très sympathique avec des bons restos et des petits commerces de bouches et accessible à pied ce qui est très chouette. Super point de chute pour visiter l’arrière pays du Var mais la plage n’est pas très loin +- 40 minutes pour Sainte Maxime
