About this cottage rental
Your country house 1 hour from Paris, 30 minutes from Chartres and Versailles and 8 minutes from the center of Dreux. The large living room with fireplace, the balneo bathtub and the bucolic atmosphere will allow you to have a good time and relax.
You will stay in a 136 m2 cottage with neat decoration combining the Norman character of the house with contemporary comfort.

a fully equipped kitchen (nespresso / fire / fridge / washing machine / dishwasher / microwave)

1 - a double bedroom with king size bed of 1. 60 mx 200, bathroom, private wc (completely redone in February 2017) terrace overlooking the Eure.
2 - a bedroom with a 1.40 x 1.90 bed
3 - a bedroom with two beds of 0. 90 x 1. 90
- large bathroom with window, 2 sinks, shower, spa bath
• bathroom :
- on the ground floor a small bathroom with wc
- cleaning fee included
- possibility to rent bed linen and towels
- on request the ingredients for your 1st breakfast will be provided
- Parking on the property
- Tennis lessons available on request
