Our small farmhouse dating from the 19th century, is located in a small village on the Seine beside the Golf du Vaudreuil, the leisure base of Léry-Poses where you can try many water sports.
The Gite-apartment is a duplex that can accommodate from 1 to 6 people. Near Val de Reuil, Vaudreuil, Lery-Poses, Incarville, Louviers and Rouen. The cottage consists of a living-dining room, a large fully equipped open kitchen and 3 bedrooms, 2 upstairs and 1 in the ground floor of the duplex. The first has two single beds and the second has a double bed and 1 single bed, the third 1 double bed. A convertible sofa on the living room side can meet your needs for extra beds. The fully equipped kitchen offers an oven and gas hobs, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer and a fridge-freezer, a vacuum cleaner, iron and table to redo. You will find a television and a DVD player, board games, books ... The cottage Rouen is located two hundred meters from shops, it can accommodate 2 to 6 people, low allergen environment, a semi-private garden 100% semi-private open on the edge of the Seine, many animal species come sometimes to eat. BB, high chair, deckchair ...... Beside Portejoie, the Biotropica Greenhouse, near Louviers and Rouen. At the gateway to Normandy, near the Giverny Museum, the Battlefield Castle and Gaillard Castle. 1 hour from Paris and 1h 15 from Deauville.
