About this chalet rental
The house is in a large closed plot of 1500m2 wild and wooded, out of sight and from the wind behind the dune and in front of the sailing school.
Immediate access to 30 meters from the sea, the wild coast and the sailing school, ideal starting point for fishing on foot, strolls on the bay of Siena and swimming.

The house is very nice, bright and spacious. .
All shops (fresh local produce and seafood from the fisherman) 10 minutes on foot.

Maison très agréable et emplacement proche mer parfait pour se balader à toute heure de la journée et profiter de beaux couchers de soleil.
Premiers commerçants à 2mn en voiture ou 6mn du centre ville.
Très bon accueil de Sandie et nous avons trouvé les locaux très sympas.
Très beau séjour.

The location is perfectly situated next to the sailing school, out of the wind but on the beach. Only a dead end street to cross. The house is quiet in a large garden.
You get what you see in the pictures. A motley collection of furniture, beds and other household items. If you are used to box-spring beds, it takes a while to switch with the typical French beds with the very hard mattresses and small size. There is a small 2-person sofa, perhaps opt for a slightly larger sofa or armchairs. That will still make it a little more pleasant to sit together. Other seating/places are plenty.
What we found less pleasant is the amount of flies, mosquitoes and large spiders inside. Whether this is due to the autumn or to the garbage containers on the other side of the hedge? You really are in someone else's cottage. Shoes, towel, toothbrushes, pictures on the wall ect everything was still there. We had not experienced this before through a landlord. Felt a little uncomfortable.
The hospitality and communication with Sandie was fine and friendly. Even when it appeared that the bedding was not correct, she was at the door within an hour with the correct sizes in the rain on Saturday night.
An okay place to stay to visit the invasion beaches and Le Mont Saint Michel.
