It's absolutely beautiful, spacious, light and airy. Snr Fabian was very helpful as was his friend (who translated)Sadly the jacuzzi wasn't working on our arrival but was fixed before we left.Amazing pool and BBQ area.A brilliant holiday enjoyed by 6 adults and a baby, thank you

After months of searching for the right villa I finally found this place.
Alot of thought had gone into choosing the right place as travelling and holidays with children can be stressful at times so I wanted to make sure I was ticking all the right boxes that worked for us.
I'll start with the cons...
1. I wanted a outside cooking area so seeing there was a bbq area built in was a selling point for me.....unfortunately when we arrived it was filthy. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time and the remains of burnt food was clearly still visible. I run a cleaning company and wanted to enjoy my time away so scrubbing wire bbq racks wasn't on my to do list. We didn't use it and didn't have any bbq food :-(.
2. There is no mention of a £400 deposit on arrival on the listing but I had seen a previous review mentioning it before we flew out so I had ours ready and prepared ( we did get asked for it and yes we recieved the full amount back)
3. On that note on day 2 of our holiday I was concerned we wasnt going to see the £400 Deposit again as he contacted us by email to say we are using too much h electric and it will be taken from our deposit if we carry on! . . . .. I can completely understood if we had everything going constantly but we paid £1700 for a car hire so we wasn't planning on being there all day every day but imagine if we hadn't hired the car. ...then what? . I understand electric is expensive but you don't want to be constantly turning everything off in the hope you get your deposit back. Our hot tub stopped working on that morning and he said it was because the electric tripped because of the usage but who knows . We spent most of out time at the pool, if the air con was on in the villa it was because someone was inside taking time out.
3 . So basically we did feel slightly watched as owners are only next door .
Pro's ;
1. Beautiful incredible views. The villa is split into tiers staring with the villa, smalls steps lead to bbq area with outside kitchen and toilet which again was a massive selling for me! Extra handy as littles ones don't have to go inside to use the toilet. The the kitchen easy right next to the bbq area so you can keep all your bbq food in there as it has fridge hob etc. Lots of utensils BTW!
2. Very well equipped with kitchen dining and cooking equipment.
3. It has a washing machine
4. Pool size good
5. Easy location to find

Pros: The pool terrace is great and our family loved the pool. The house overall has what you need. Jose and Pepe, the caretakers next door, were very nice and helpful.
Cons: Profile of host (Henri) says he speaks English, but does not. Nobody spoke English which made communicating problems difficult even with Google translate. Henri asked for a 400€ cash deposit when we arrived which was not ever communicated until we arrived. No soap for washer or dishwasher and very limited other supplies for an 8 day stay. Henri said there was a baby cot, but there was not. We had a few other issues, but would rather be objective and fair in this review for future renters.
Overall, we had a nice time in Spain
