We were tranfer to Crystal Park with all inclusive package and we are very happy about it.
we were quite stressed due to some issues with Booking.com and concerns about the recent data breach before making payment. We received multiple emails and calls and were nerve-wracking because it was very difficult to reach staff - who can communicate english and sort out the problem. I gave 7 stars because we are not happy about the data breach.

Staff were lovely and accommodating, location perfect, beds comfy
We were overbooked at the last minute despite booking a year in advance so ended up at the crystal hotel, staff were lovely and the room was clean however disappointing water pressure (little to none),, the lifts need updating (waiting times of nearly up to 10 minutes each time), no milk was provided with the tea and coffee making facilities, and only decaffeinated coffee given

La ubicación y comodidad del apartamento.
No tener un lugar donde poder aparcar para cargar y descargar tranquilamente delante del apartamento sin ser encima de una acera.
Las cámaras dentro de la casa, por mucho que fueran para los hipotéticos robos.
En el check-out tener que haber estado esperando más de media hora para que alguién fuese a comprobar el apartamento (sabiendo previamente el horario de salida, ya que estaba estipulado por el mismo hotel) y nos devolvieran la fianza.
El poco menaje con el que cuenta la cocina.

Het was een prima locatie, met een mooi uitzicht op het park. De faciliteiten waren er wel maar werkte niet of waren vies.
De Douchekop was kapot en zat vastgedraaid met een plastic zakje. De vaatwasser werkte niet, er zat schimmel op het plafond en er zaten 2 camera's in het appartement
