The Space:
Sialamer holiday apartment in De Panne is a comfortable and well-located stay for a relaxing seaside holiday. Upon entering, you will find an entrance hall with a separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower. Next to this is the bedroom with a double bed and a view of the greenery, ideal for a peaceful wake-up.
The living area consists of a cosy living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a television, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to stay in full comfort and cook your own meals. Outside there is a spacious terrace with views of both nature and a glimpse of the sea, furnished with a picnic table and sun loungers for relaxing.
The location is excellent: the Esplanade, seafront promenade, and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away, as is the shopping street of De Panne. With the nearby tram stop, you can easily explore the coast. Nature lovers can also easily reach the De Westhoek nature reserve, about a 15-minute walk away. Upon arrival, you can also park your car in the designated underground parking space.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.
LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are NOT provided in this accommodation.
CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.
CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.
CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.
OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
