Villa Myosotis, completely renovated, offers ideal conditions for a stay in Dinard. The charm of a beautiful house Dinard, bright, tastefully furnished and fully equipped will seduce you.
ideal location: very close to the center of Dinard (shops, markets, casino, art galleries ...) and beaches in walking distance.
Ground floor: entrance, well equipped kitchen, large lounge and living room, opening onto a large south and west facing terrace with direct access to the garden; bathroom.
On the 1st floor, master bedroom (160 bed) with dressing and shower room, 1 bedroom with single bed and 1 bedroom with 160 bed and separate shower room; a bathroom.
On the second floor, 4 bedrooms (2 with 160 beds, 2 with single bed) toilet and shower room.
All rooms have balconies or large windows and are very bright with beautiful views.
Basement: laundry (washing machine, dryer), separate entrance beach back with shower.
Garage (very appreciable in school period)
Enclosed garden with trees, enjoying sunshine all day.
House very well equipped: high quality bedding, high end appliances, garden furniture, barbecue ...
For ages: table tennis, table football Bonzini, pinball Gotlieb, 2 bikes.
By car, minutes: 18 hole golf course, Saint-Lunaire (beaches, sailing school and surfing), Saint-Briac (beaches, shops, ...) and Saint-Malo, and also accessible easily by the maritime shuttle .
Deposit 1500 € to be paid by check on the day of arrival, check returned on departure.

We had a great stay here and were able to walk to two beaches, a bakery, restaurants and much more. Lovely outdoor area with table and chairs, umbrella, garden, and back yard. Bikes were available, pinball game, foosball game, ping pong table, and more. Well-equipped kitchen, plenty of living space, comfortable beds, and a responsive host. Loved our time here!
