Double living room (60M2) with fireplace opening onto large teak terrace, South / West exposure, dining room / veranda overlooking the garden and terrace, spacious kitchen very well equipped, games room / TV for children.
On the ground floor, 1 master suite with its bathroom and Italian shower, 1 bedroom with its shower and sink
Upstairs; 4 bedrooms, 1 with its shower room and sink, 1 bathroom.
Nice enclosed and secure garden with swing, garden furniture, teak garden furniture (14 chairs and armchairs), sun loungers, 3 parasols and WEBER gas barbecue / plancha.
Ideal for a stay with family or friends.
This large house located in Dinard is 300 meters from the Prieuré beach, 500 meters from the Clair de Lune Promenade and shops. Dinard market 3 times a week (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning)
For children, Port Breton animal park 300 meters away with tennis and horse riding club.
Sailing Club 800 meters away.
Close to Saint-Malo (6 km), Cancale, Dinan (15 km), Mont Saint-Michel (30 km), Cap Fréhel ....

Great house for my family from grandparents to toddlers. Lovely beach near by. The hosts gave us a very detailed tour of the house, it felt we were very much staying in their family home rather than just a rental. Some written instructions would of been helpful too as some information could of got missed by telling different people. We also thought 1 toilet upstairs to share with potential 4 adults and 6 children was a bit of a push. There are no en-suites with toilets.
Overall a lovely spacious house we could spread out it, lovely garden, play area.
