South facing apartment on the ground floor overlooking a wooded park, 2 nights minimum
- A living room with fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven, fridge / freezer) overlooking the private garden, the park and the terrace with awning, tables, chairs, sunbathing, fountain water, shed with beach games and fishing on foot,
- 1 bedroom with 140/190 double bed with 200X200 duvet, blanket, 65/65 pillows, bedside tables and 1 wardrobe
- 1 cabin bedroom with 2 bunk beds of 90x190 with duvets of 180X130 cm, blankets, pillows of 50x75cm, wardrobe and storage.
- a 140/190 double sofa bed with 200X200 duvet, blanket, 65X65cm pillows in the living room with storage chest of drawers.
- Sheets and towels not provided, Possibility to rent them on request (10 € per person.)
- A spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet equipped for people with reduced mobility, washing machine.
- A private parking space. Collective bicycle storage room.

Accueil agréable par le propriétaire qui donne quelques conseils utiles sur les alentours. L'appartement est spacieux et très fonctionnel.
Equipement électroménager complet et en très bon état. Il est très appréciable d'avoir du papier toilette fourni, des épices et aliments de "secours" en plus de produits d'entretien. Vaisselle complète. quelques jeux de sociétés variés et en bon état, avec un peu de lecture en prime.
Nous recommandons cet appartement.
