About this house rental
New house with air conditioning in a large garden with covered terrace of 25 m2 and barbecue.
Private and secure swimming pool of 8m x 4.50m (protected and compliant with child safety standards).
Located on the ground floor, air-conditioned house, cozy and design can also accommodate disabled guests.
Accommodation comprises two bedrooms (one with a 160 bed and the other 2 beds 90) a bathroom with walk-in shower, full kitchen (including a washing machine) and tiled with terracotta Salerno.
Also, a dining area and a cozy lounge and comfortable.
You can enjoy breakfast and meals on the terrace in peace because the house has no vis-à-vis.
500 m from the village of Salernes (capital of ceramics), close to shops, 150 m from a large surface and 50 m tennis courts.
Salerno has a magnificent museum of ceramics, a Provençal market and a large cinema twice a week on Wednesdays and Sundays.

We stayed for 10 nights with our Labrador.Fully secure property with parking on site. The accommodation was lovely far better and bigger than we expected. Everything needed was there.The host lives within the grounds and is available if needed but not intrusive in any way. She has a very friendly dog Millie. The property is in a quiet location within walking distance to a village/town which has everything you could need. Supermarket within walking distance. The pool, we where in every day. A much needed cool off. Bliss... Our dog was made to feel welcome, given the freedom of the property. Ideally positioned for visiting the areas within the Var/ Haute Provence district. Would definitely stay again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location où tout l'intérieur a été refait à neuf. Beau jardin et piscine très agréable. Maison très bien située pour circuler dans la Provence verte et pouvoir pousser jusqu'à la mer si l'envie vous en dit ! En plus la chienne de la propriétaire est adorable et nous a gentiment accompagnés durant ces 15 j !

Een goed onderhouden huisje, goede tuin en tof zwembad.
Huisje is geschikt voor 4 personen maar als je de tegenslag hebt om slecht weer te hebben dan is de ruimte binnen wel erg klein voor 4 personen (zetel bv maar geschikt voor 2 personen).
De WIFI laat zeker te wensen over!
Vriendelijk onthaal maar het venijn zat hem in de staart want we kregen 50 euro extra aangerekend omdat we de vensters zouden hebben laten openstaan met de airco aan.
Dat kan wel eens gebeurd zijn maar we deden echt ons best om alles zoveel mogelijk gesloten te houden, alleen in de voormiddag stonden de ramen wel eens open maar dan stond de airco af. Er werd niks over gezegd toen we daar waren maar het werd wel later van onze waarborg afgehouden zodat je dan ook niet kan protesteren en dat is toch wel niet ok!
