LAPPARTLAO IN SALERNES in PROVENCE - VAR
In the heart of the old village, near the city center,
Village house of 135 m2 + terrace 40m2.
Spacious village house in Salernes en Provence in the Var, ground floor 135m2 with 40m2 terrace. Decorated with care (Tiles Alain Vagh throughout the house), pleasant and comfortable.
The house is in the heart of the old village that overlooks downtown, far enough away from the summer excitement for it to regain calm. Yet only 3 minutes walk to shopping and village activities, and 5 minutes walk from the lake with supervised swimming.
In the village center, small casino, bakers, butchers, caterers, greengrocer, two pharmacies, two tobacconists, newsagents, clothing stores, haberdashery ....
3 Supermarkets (Intermarché, Casino and Lidl). The typical Provencal market every Wednesday and Saturday where you can go on foot. Opportunity to shop without taking the car. The charm of the countryside close to everything
5 minutes walk from the swimming (the Muie) from a pool of 3000 m² and beach shaded by pine trees, 23km from Lake St. Croix and the Verdon Gorges, 50 km from the beaches of the French Riviera ( Sainte Maxime, Fréjus, Saint raphaël etc ...), 65 km from St Tropez, Nice 1 hour, Marseille, Aix en Provence .. Many attractions nearby (Waterfall Sillans, Thoronet Abbey, ....).
You can also sample Provençal rosé, red or white, there are lots of wineries around (we will give you the good addresses)
You can go also on foot at the Ceramics Museum.
For more sports activities: mountain biking, horse riding and tennis pactice Golf 10 minutes. A little further canoeing, pedal boating, sailing or power boat (Sainte Croix Lake), beach activities .... Tree climbing.
At gastronomy we are not left out, you can discover the truffle in all its states at Bruno in Lorgues or at Ducasse in Moustiers Sainte Marie.

two large bedrooms with bathroom and closet
Separate WC
a mezzanine with 2 beds and TV area
a large dressing room
a desk
a full kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine ....) + living room
terrace + loungers, garden table and barbecue
Possibility to accommodate 6 people
Haven in the heart of the village close to the traders.
A bottle of rosé will be offered to celebrate your arrival ....
For the months of July and August, we only rent from Saturday to Saturday.

Appartement très propre, confortable, et joliment décoré. Village très agréable avec toutes les commodités et la présence de la Muie pour se baigner. Propriétaires très sympathiques. Merci pour ce beau séjour.
