Located on the hill of Saint Antoine in L'Isle sur la sorgue, you will live in a house with a fully fenced private pool.
All the rooms on the ground floor give access to the terrace and the garden. You have 70 m2 of terrace, including 30 m2 covered. The property allows you to park with its parking space independent of the fully fenced garden. The environment is calm, ideal for rest.
Upstairs, the villa offers a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a wardrobe as well as a private bathroom, two bedrooms with a 140 cm bed, a wardrobe and a shower room and a children's bedroom with a pull-out bed and cupboards.
The rooms are equipped with fans to allow a slight cooling while leaving the doors open.
On the ground floor you will have a dining room, an equipped living room, a very functional kitchen and utility room.

Nice homely property in quiet residential area. 2.5k -3k walk in to town. Property has all utensils one could imagine. Air conditioning in bedrooms helped during certain nights. Area is central for visiting lots of Provence. Jean Pierre was the perfect host and was on hand with any minor issues.

A very nice and spacious place to spend a wonderful summer vacation with the whole family.
Large pool with sun all day long, roofed terrasse for relaxing in the shade. All rooms with airconditioning. The kitchen is well-equipped.
We have enjoyed our vacation alot.

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette maison. L'endroit est très calme, tout en étant très proche (il faut une voiture ou vélo) de la ville, Nous n'entendions quasi jamais de bruit lorsque nous étions dans le jardin ou sur la terrasse. Le voisinage est donc particulièrement calme et agréable. La climatisation est également un gros point positif lors d'épisodes de fortes chaleurs comme nous avons connus. C'est également une bonne base de départ pour explorer le parc naturel du Luberon et ses multiples petits villages typiques. Pour ce qui est de la randonnée à pied et en VTT, c'est idéal aussi car il suffit de faire un kilomètre pour se retrouver dans la nature et on se retrouve très vite dans les montagnes de l'arrière-pays où on ne rencontre pratiquement plus personne. Sérénité assurée ! Il y a énormément de sentiers bien entretenus.
Quant au propriétaire, Monsieur Grégoire est très accessible et sympathique et toujours à l'écoute s'il y a le moindre souci. Et en parlant de soucis, nous n'en avons eu aucun. Donc tout est parfait !
