About this house rental
This completely renovated stone house with a fenced plot (garden, courtyard and terrace) will allow you to spend a holiday in the countryside, in a peaceful setting, ideal for rest and relaxation.
It is located in the heart of the village, at the foot of the castle of Bertholène.
The house is on 2 levels. On the ground floor, you will find a 40m2 living room / kitchen opening onto the terrace, a pantry and a WC.
The integrated kitchen is equipped with a gas stove with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and espresso machine.
Upstairs: a bathroom with shower and 3 bedrooms.
- bedroom 1 (20 m2 and mezzanine under the stone vault) with a 140 cm bed and a wardrobe
- bedroom 2 with a 120cm bed and a wardrobe
- bedroom 3 with a 140 bed and a wardrobe
Other equipment: television, washing machine, terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, garage, 500 m2 garden. Animals are accepted.
Shops in the village: bread store, coffee / tobacco
All other shops and services are in Laissac at 3 kms
Due to its central geographic location, you can explore the main tourist sites in the region from the gîte:
Rodez and the Soulages museum, Millau viaduct, Tarn Gorges, Lot Valley, L'Aubrac and its famous Laguiole knife, Conques, Micropolis the city of insects, Lévézou mountains and lakes, Roquefort caves ...
Nature lovers (hiking, mountain biking) will be able to take advantage of numerous circuits from the gîte in the Palanges forest or in the surrounding area (Causse Comtal, Aubrac ...)
