Ancient and important vineyard house in the direct vicinity of Antoingt (63,340), 8 km away from Issoire in the Allier valley, and 40 km south from Clermond-Ferrand.
The building offers 12 good quality accommodation in 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The house has been completely renovated during the last past years. You will find large and beautiful spaces, spreading over a 400-sq.m living space. In particular, there is a beautiful kitchen very well equipped. It has room for 10 people to eat. The 80-sq.m living/dining/billiard room has a large chimney in an arched room, which was a former wine warehouse.
The house is ideal for a family holiday with 2 or 3 generations, or with a group of friends.
This is a magnificent tourist area, ideal for hiking lovers, anglers, monument visits, while enjoying the local cuisine, pork products, and Auvergne cheese.
During winter, the house is located 32 km away from ski resort Super-Besse:
At the foot of the Puy-de-Sancy, Super-Besse Ski Resort offers the whole family a wide range of sports and entertainment activities in between 1,350 and 1,850 metres of altitude.
Set in a preserved environment in the heart of imposing sceneries, it is a dynamic ski resort, where quality of life and recharging batteries are mandatory.
It is located on the south-facing and sunny slope of the Sancy Massif. Super-Besse is a resort at the foot of the runs.
Super-Besse offers all the pleasure of skiing and gliding.

We spent about 2 weeks in this wonderful house. The house is very thought through and has a perfectly equipped kitchen with modern equipment.The house is very quit, has good internet access, a wonderful billiard and everything is in good and cozy state. The outdoor barbecue works fine. One sits comfortably on the veranda with a beautiful view to the pool and the surroundings. So if you are looking for peace, privacy and beautiful nature surroundings this is the place to go. You are all for yourself there. Bedrooms and bathrooms are equally nice furnished, the whole villa is very tastefully decorated. The description to get there is perfect also. We can absolutely recommend this beautiful place. We will certainly come back one day to enjoy once more this lovely place.

Excellent séjour : chacun a trouvé sa place (même notre ado au dernier étage). Maison vraiment très bien équipée intérieur et extérieur. Dans un 1er temps, désarçonnés par la cuisinière puis complètement conquis… pour finir, qualité d’accueil de notre hôtesse.

Accueil au top à notre arrivée et disponibilité exemplaire de Brigitte, tout au long du séjour. Maison agréable et bien équipée. Superbe espace extérieur. La piscine est sympa et les équipements (parasol, transat, barbecue) à la hauteur. Les literies sont de bonne qualité, les pièces à vivre de bon volume.
Nous avons passé 15 jours très agréables.
Habitués de ce type de location, nous recommandons sans problème celle-ci.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique demeure.
Placée au coeur du Puy de Dôme, les prestations proposées ont été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Nous avons déjà prévu d'y revenir l'année prochaine
