Since this country house located halfway between Hyères and Toulon. You will be able to appreciate the numerous sand beaches around the peninsula of Giens: the beaches of Hyères, the Almanarre, the Capte ...
Many walks are possible around (Massif des Maures, The Islands of Hyères, ...) and in the hinterland where you will find the freshness of Gorges du Verdon. Associated with visits to Hyères and Toulon you will be able to practice various activities.
The animation of restaurants, shops and amusement parks nearby contrast with the calm of the house and its environment.
The country house of the eighteenth is located in the center of the agricultural plain of La Crau - La Garde. It is fully restored but retains at best some original elements. This former family winery has a private pool, a large shaded garden, a petanque and free WIFI.
This large house ideal for holidays with friends or family up to 11 people includes 4 shower rooms / bath, 3 toilets, 5 bedrooms
So arranged: on the ground floor a living room (25 m2, TV, DVD and a bed 90), a dining room for 12 people (17 m2) adjoining the kitchen (15 m2, oven, microwave) , dishwasher, washing machine, ...) and a bathroom with toilet.
Upstairs are two large bedrooms (20 and 18 m2) with bed 140 (with a baby bed for one and TV and DVD for the other), a large room (18 m2) with a bed 140 and one in 90,
another room with bed 140 (10 m2) and a small room (8 m2) with bed 90. Two bathrooms / shower, a bathroom and shower and two separate WC complete the floor. The rooms are equipped with mosquito nets and fans if needed but the house keeps freshness, isolated by thick stone walls.
Outside, you have the choice between a large terrace with arbor and barbecue near the house and a terrace shaded by sails by the pool (secure gate and alarm), another terrace under the trees. You also have a ping-pong table, a table football, a bowling green and a playground for children.

We all enjoyed this vacation house that has all you need for perfect vacations !! This is an old provençal house with tons of charm in a real nice area with short driving distance to everything like beach, shopping. The house is well renovated to accommodate 10 people. Swimming pool is nice and big with good amount of shade. Communication with owner is great.

Points positifs : localisation au (très grand) calme, mais proche des magasins et des plages; volets et moustiquaires (même si certains devraient être remplacés); espace dans et autour de la maison; très belle piscine.
Points à améliorer : sanitaires à rénover; transats à a piscine pas très confortables; ustensiles de cuisine à compléter

Spacieuse, près de la mer, belle piscine. Avec notre (enfants et petits enfants nous avons passé une super semaine.

Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigeren aber nicht besonders schönen Gegend. Das Haus und die Ausstattung sind wie im Inserat beschrieben. Der Pool ist schön und wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Der Check In war schwierig, da die Eigentümerin kein Englisch sprach. Außerdem sollte ein Deposit von 1.100 Euro hinterlegt werden. Dies war im Inserat nicht erwähnt. Die Kommunikation erfolgte dann per SMS. Die Vermieterin zeigte sich bemüht unseren Wünschen zu entsprechen.
