About this cottage rental
Very beautiful stone house of country of 200 m2 with garden of 2500 m2, quiet, conveniently served by a motorway (A5, Paris / Dijon) 3 km. Located 10 minutes from the Lakes of the Forêt d'Orient (feet ride, cycling, swimming, fishing, sailing) and the Champagne vineyards (visits to wineries and tasting), 30 minutes from Troyes (walk in the historic heart the old town with its half-timbered houses) and outlet stores, 15 mins from Nigloland Theme Park, 40 minutes from Lac du Der where you can observe the magnificent spectacle of the migration of cranes in the autumn.
On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with a living room (TV, DVD player, Wifi, fireplace), dining room with equipped semi open kitchen. A master bedroom (160x200) with ensuite bathroom (shower and spa bath), a second double bedroom (160x200 bed), twin (2 beds 90x190 convertible into double bed), separate toilet.
Upstairs :
2 double bedrooms (160x200), one bedroom with two single beds and a double bed mezzanine (140x190), a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Outside :
large herb garden with possibility of parking several cars in the attached outbuildings, closed for bikes, large yard with garden furniture and barbecue, ideal place for summer meals and moments of relaxation.

Lovely property, hosts and local manager most helpful. The pool was a great hit, used every day for much of each day. Good barbecue area and the under cover trampoline was a nice feature for our granddaughter. Lack of a bakery in the village itself was the only - very minor - negative. Would be very happy to return to this property in the future.

We travelled as an extended family to celebrate our daughter's 16th birthday. The house is comfortably large enough for adults and teenagers, all of whom enjoyed relaxing by the pool and dining al fresco! It's a great location, close to the motorway and easy to find. We highly recommend the creperie in the village and the champagne tasting and tour at Champagne Drappier in nearby Urville.

The property is large and the photos do not show how large the back garden is. The pool is excellent, as is the trampoline. The village is very quiet with a single small creperie.
Communication with owner was simple and the manager was very nice, living in the same village.
Only issue is that there is a charge for linen, which is not in the advert (and still isn't in the advert...)
