Grande maison divisée en 3 parties, une pour les propriétaires et deux pour des locataires. Notre location était plutôt agréable, sur deux étages bien aménagés, pratique et une literie très correct. Si le lieu n'a pas de charme particulier la situation géographique est en revanche plutôt bonne. La propriétaire est très accueillante et accommodante. Si le temps avait été de la partie, ça aurait été très agréable. Sommes toutes, le lieu est calme et nous avons pu nous reposer. Un seul petit reproche que j'ai partagé avec la propriétaire qui a ses raisons que je peux comprendre, il aurait été appréciable d'avoir à disposition plus de matériel essentiel, comme des produits ménagers, sacs poubelle et un plus grand choix de vaisselle dont des verres à vin dignes des vins de Bourgognes :-) Bref, séjour très agréable dans l'ensemble.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour au gîte des Louchardes. Accueil fort sympathique, maison très calme et bien aménagée. A refaire car séjour trop et nous n'avons pas pu découvrir tout les alentours, au même endroit bien sure !

Situé non loin de Nolay, La Rochepot et Beaune permet une visite aisée de la Côte d'Or et de Beaune. Nolay proche également. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Le logement est très spacieux et très bien entretenu. Voici les impressions d'une famille belge et nous recommandons vivement de l'occuper.
