About this house rental
Like at home ! The house comprises on the ground floor a living room with fitted US-style kitchen, storage space then two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Bedding is provided for 4 people (one bedroom with a double bed in 160 and 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom). There is also a convertible sofa in the living room + a dormitory part which can possibly be used in an exceptional and punctual way on the second floor for an additional cost. Small outdoor terrace with garden furniture, BBQ and fully fenced yard.
The heating consists of a wood pellet stove and electric convectors. The accommodation is fully equipped: fridge, oven, microwave, TV, washing machine, etc.
Given access to the floors by a very steep staircase, this accommodation is rather intended for young or young families.

I stayed here for 3 weeks whilst working in Saint-Etienne. Very convenient and and easy drive into the city. Just right.
