Quietly located in a small village in Livradois, 22 km from the Chalmazel ski resort, 40 km from the Praboure business park and 12 km from Ambert, architect-designed house of 180 m2 including 4 large bedrooms, a living room with double-sided fireplace, a television lounge area with a reversible sofa, a billiard room, 2 bathrooms, an equipped kitchen and a pantry with a 2nd toilet. The whole allows for a dozen beds.
