Recent villa with private pool enjoying a beautiful sea view, in the private and quiet area of Valcros, near the golf course of the same name, composed of a fitted kitchen, 4 bedrooms with bed 160x200, 2 bathrooms, large living room , dining room.
Very large terrace with a shaded part for meals and of course very sunny for the pool, to enjoy the sea view.
House is very well equipped and you have at your disposal a living room garden, a barbecue grills gas grill, deck chairs.
A ground petanque has just been arranged.
Garden landscaping work to finish at the back of the house
Cleaning and linen obligatory in supplement.

This beautiful house with a sea view is located in the middle of the mountains. The extensive landscape is beautiful to look at. A unique peace was always present.The house was well laid out and nothing was missing. Certainly one or the other inventory should be replaced. But all in all a 9 out of 10 Super

Though the initial communication was only in French and because of the amount of data sent this had been causing some confusion on my side, the house is amazing. Everything is available, the house is clean and well maintained, 2 full bathrooms with walk-in showers, large living room, , nice terrace with a superb swimming swimming pool

The villa is located on a hill in a really quiet and protected neighborhood. It is the perfect starting point if you want to hike, bike or go to the beach.
You will find all necessary equipment inside the house like washine machine, cooking utensils, big fridge, TV, ...
I want to point out that there are enough chairs, space at the table...
On the ground floor you will find a big room separated into the kitchen, dinning and living room. You can access the terrace from all rooms on the ground floor. We enjoyed the sun the whole day!
There are enough possibilities to rest on the terrace. We really enjoyed the BBQ on the terrace. And we loved to play Boule on the private Boule area.
Close to the villa you can find also the golf course if you want to improve your skills;-)
I also want to mention that on the first floor the ceiling need to be painted in white. It seems that in the near past some renovations was done without painting the ceiling again. But not disturbing. The villa is not that old and due to this it seems not completely finished.
We will book this house again in the future. Really good price-performance.

En séjour ( fin septembre) pour apprécier la villa et l'endroit en prévision de vacances en 2011, nous avons regretté de devoir repartir après 15 jours. Bien située, bien achalandée, sobrement mais joliment décorée cette construction récente fera le bonheur de familles ou de couples désireux de trouver le calme à proximité (de 10 à 30 kms ) des localités provencales ou du lavandou. Rien ne manque dans cette villa et le paysage découvert de la grande terrasse avec piscine est très agréable. La proximité du Lavandou et de la baie de St Tropez est un gage de belles promenades et de shopping pour madame, et ce ne sont pas les bons restos qui manquent. Les propriétaires nous avaient prévenu que certains travaux d'aménagement restaient à réaliser autour de la villa mais qu'ils les faisaient eux-même. Au vu de ce qu'ils ont déja réalisés avec beaucoup de goût on peut vous dire que tel qu'elle est la villa est plus que très habitable. Malheureusement pour les futurs lecteurs, nous avons réservés tout le mois de juin 2011, mais n'hésitez , réservez pour d'autres semaines vous en serez enchantés.
