About this villa rental
Provencal villa 200m ² located in a dead calm and quiet at 1,5 km from the beaches and 300m walk from shops. It is intended for family renting. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information by clicking on "contact the owner".
The Villa with a large living dining room 50m2 opens onto a garden of 670m² very green furnished with a large wooden terrace around the pool (8m x 4m) and outdoor shower.
It has a parental suite 40m ² and 6 spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 toilets and a Jacuzzi. This house offers all the equipment and modern comfort to welcome 14 people.
The shady path of Annamitte a few meters from the house runs along the vineyards to the sea and the Village without crossing any car, ideal for hikers.
The Villa is composed of a house and an Annex:
*** Villa - 10 people
Living room and American kitchen (50 m²), Air conditioning, TV and International Satellite TV, master suite upstairs (40m²) with Jacuzzi, 4 bedrooms on the ground floor, 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets, washing machine, dishwasher, micro- wave, ... etc
*** Annex (25m²): 4 people: 2 bedrooms, bathroom and WC
the annex is always offered with the Villa and included in the price.
Near downtown 300m, and 1.5KM beach, market 2 times a week
The Londe, backed by the Massif des Maures and bordering the salines of Hyères, faces the islands of Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Le Levant for which it is an ideal pier from April to November. The Londe is a privileged place where everyone can vary, at their own pace and with their greens, their pleasures, their leisure activities and their sports activities. The equipment of the resort, its professionals and the exceptional sunshine (300 days a year) undeniably make this village of Provence d'Azur, a "destination four seasons".
Practical information:
• The villa is perfectly suited for family stays (parents and children) or for couples and friends aged 35 and over, ideal for enjoying a calm and relaxing environment.
The rate is adjusted according to the number of guests; please indicate this when making your reservation.

• For your comfort, the swimming pool is available from April to October.
The pool is disinfected by salt electrolysis: a small amount of salt is converted into natural chlorine, ensuring soft, odorless, and comfortable water — gentle on the skin and eyes, with no salty taste.
If you would like to enjoy a heated pool, this option is available for an additional fee (€250/week). Please let us know at least 15 days before your arrival so we can prepare it for you.
• To make your stay easier, we offer bed linen and bath towels as an optional service (additional fee of €20 per person).
• In-person welcome and assistance during the stay
• End-of-stay cleaning included
• Mid-stay cleaning available upon request and at an additional cost

All went smoothly from check in onwards. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of space for our family group. Pool most welcome as weather was very hot.

Really great arrival and welcome from the property manager who patiently dealt with our inability to speak French and managed to give us a detailed tour. Incredibly friendly owner who had a genuine interest in our safety and enjoyment…and as for the property…wow! Amazing! A bargain and it feels a lot bigger than in the photographs when you’re actually there which was perfect for our big family of 12!

We stayed for two weeks in June 2020. We are a family of 4; with 2 teen boys. This home over-delivered on every account. The communication before our arrival was timely and efficient. The check-in was smooth and we were given a thorough walk-through of the property. The beds were made for us on arrival (20/person), hand and bath towels provided, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools. Beds were comfortable and all the rooms were very clean. The pool was wonderful. Our friends stayed in the "annex" and were very comfortable. They also had to work and the wi-fi was adequate for them while they worked poolside at the table. The home also has 3 washing machines which helped us all. While on our vacation, we went to Gorge du Verdon, Monaco, Italy, Ile de Porquerolles, the local beaches, and to see the lavender. This home was in the perfect location for all of the sites. An added bonus is the security gate around the whole property. We were very happy to stay for two weeks and would do so again. This house is perfect for a large or small group. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
