About this apartment rental

Rental apartment large F3 of about 75 m² in Annecy for 4 people, ideally located 100m from old Annecy, very bright. Very large terrace of 35 m², equipped with a table with 4 chairs and two deckchairs.

The apartment is 4-star approved (on a scale of 0 to 5 stars).

New condition fully equipped apartment of very high standing (160 tempur mattress, leicht kitchen, large plasma flat screen, leather sofa, ...)
Wifi, unlimited landline telephone in France, internet and multimedia included.
2 bedrooms, living room, fitted kitchen (microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine ...).
1 bed 160 and two beds 90.
Baby cot available free of charge if required.
Proximity to the lake, beaches, mountain start, shops (bakery, pharmacy, tobacco / press, restaurants, shops ...), a supermarket, cycle path ... Everything is accessible from the apartment .

The apartment is located at the entrance to the old town. Everything is accessible on foot, whether it be the beaches, the shops, the supermarket at 200 m, the departure in the mountains on the Semnoz, the old town, the market 3 times a week which is just 200m ...
The cycle path allows you to go around the lake or go mountain biking. Several routes are possible (maps available at the apartment).
A sports equipment rental agency (bicycle, mountain bike, kayak, downhill or without instructor) is located right next to the apartment.
There is private and secure parking. The use of the car allows you to visit castles, caves, waterfalls, monasteries, paragliding, devalekart, summer toboggan, adventure park, park further Mont Blanc, the Aiguille du Midi, the Lake Geneva, the thermal baths of Aix les Bains.

Lovely apartment. Clean, spacious and all amenities included. Close to everything, nothing more than a few minutes walk away.

Property has excellent location and was comfortable and fairly well equipped. Could do with more than one pillow each and better internal illumination. Owner was courteous and helpful, made up for the poor performance of VRBO who sent us totally the wrong address for the apartment and who were really quite difficult to communicate with

The location of the property was perfect to explore Annecy and the surrounding area. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed. It was a great experience. We would definitely stay here again. Location - location - location. Just wonderful. Short walk to Old Town and the market on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday.

I was very impressed with this property; the unit had quality furnishings, excellent bedding and a fully operational kitchen. It was in walking distance of the train station, the lake, the old town, the markets and the supermarkets. The host Nicolas was very accommodating, friendly and professional. I was there for a long stay and the called me several times to check if I was enjoying my stay. I highly recommend this property.
