About this villa rental
Very nice recent villa, ideally located at the foot of the Pagnol hills, benefiting from all the desired comfort: terrace, barbecue, swimming pool, table football, table tennis table in a calm and pleasant environment. Rental near Provençal tourist sites: Cassis creeks, between the Sainte Baume and Garlaban massifs, near Marseille, Aix-en-Provence and Toulon. 20 min from the beaches and less than 5 min from the shops.

We enjoyed a fantastic holiday and would have loved to stay longer if we could. The hosts are amazing, very knowledgeable and always prepared to help (we can't thank them enough, they really go above and beyond!). The villa has everything you need, as in your own home. The garden and pool were superb, plenty of spaces to relax, both for sun lovers and those that prefer the shade. Plenty of activity opportunities which were well liked: ping pong table, petanque, swimming pool, boxing bag, ... Located in a quiet area, not too far from the train station and shops, definitely easy to get to by car but even manageable to walk to the bakery and train station if you like a (morning)walk. Well located for day trips to Marseille, Les Calanques, Aix-en-Provence, Cassis etc. Can't think of many better places to spend a family holiday!

This is a lovely house in a quiet development just outside Aubagne. It easily accommodated a family of 4 with 2 teenage children. We we greeted by the owners Francoise and Fabrice who were very friendly and showed us around. The house is fully equipped, very clean and comfortable. The pool is wonderful and the pool area/garden is just fantastic with comfortable seating areas, a bar area, outdoor kitchen, gas and charcoal barbecue and pizza oven!
The house is around 20 minutes walk to the nearest boulangerie and 25 mins in to the centre of Aubagne with it's shops, restaurants and cafes. We recommend the 20-25 minute drive to Marseille which is a wonderful city to dine and explore.
Overall we had a wonderful time in a good location. the hosts were great and we would definitely recommend this property for anyone wanting to explore the south of France.

We booked the villa to use as a base to watch the Rugby world cup (4 friends). The property is outstanding. Very spacious and comfortable with every facility you couod possibly think of. The property was spotlessly clean and the rooms were spacious ( 4 x doubles). We didnt have time to use the outdoor BBQ & Bar but it was a perfect set up next to the pool. Lots of outdoor dining spaces and seating. Around a 10 min walk down to the town of Augbagne and the train station which is 15 min train ride to Marseille.
I cant recommend this property enough, I wouldnt hesitiate to return with my family or another visit with a group of friends. The owners weew amazing and were there on areival and departure to makes sure we had eveeything we needed.
Perfect hosts, Amazing property , we will be back !
