The house is bathed in light with an east / south / west exposure and sits on a landscaped 735m2 plot with a large terrace and a beautiful lawn.

The entire ground floor is underfloor heating on tiles.

- 1 bedroom with double bed and cupboard storage,
- 1 bedroom also with 140 cm bed and cupboard storage,

Das Haus ist ein Traum! Wir haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Das Haus ist schön hell und modern eingerichtet und der Außenbereich ist einfach wundervoll. Besonders die Planchaplatte wurde von uns oft benutzt.Die Strandnähe ist hervorragend, um kleinere bis größere Spaziergänge zu starten.... Man ist schnell mit dem Auto bei den anderen Stränden, die besser zum Baden geeignet sind oder bei anderen Sehenswürdigleiten rund um Concarneau.
