About this apartment rental
This stylish, air-conditioned accommodation dates from 2015 and meets RT2012 standards for waterproofing and insulation. 3 STAR TOURIST FURNITURE. Located on the 1st floor of our villa (staircase for reduced mobility), it is completely independent, the villa is fully enclosed, entrance with remote control, access to the swimming pool and barbecue area. it includes a kitchen-dining room, a bedroom, a living room with high-end sofa bed, a terrace, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large sink (work surface 1m30) and separate WC. The garden is shaded and very flowery with a play corner for children. The swimming pool is secure and measures 5m by 10m with Roman entry. The walls are stony and the roof in old tiles. The equipment is comfortable and very complete, 42 "HD television, fridge, oven, hob, extractor hood, vacuum cleaner, etc. Household linen is provided in line with the number of holidaymakers. Wifi access allows you not to disconnect completely.

Very nice accommodation, situated in a quiet neighborhood. The nearby town of Uzès and the surrounding area are beautiful.We had two wonderful weeks, with these kind owners Eve and Alain.

Ève and Alain are kind and thoughtful hosts who are always available to answer questions and give helpful information with a smile. The clean, tidy, and well equipped apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood with a beautiful view, lovely yard and a pool. It is ideally located to Uzès and all the many interesting sites in the area. It was a joy to stay here.

We have just spent a week at Le Carbet and weve had a wonderful time. Alain and Eve were so welcoming and kind, nothing was too much trouble.The appartment is beautiful and the air conditioning was a life saver in the recent heat wave. The swimming pool is fantastic and having it all to ourselves was a real treat. The location is ideal - its only a short drive into Uzès and the village is only a 5 minute walk away. I would thoroughly recommend Le Carbet and we would all love to go back.Erica Booth. August 2018
