About this cottage rental
House adjoining the side of a hill garden. The 80 m2 apartment is located on the 1st floor. It consists of a living room, dining room and kitchen of 40 m2 and two beautiful bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
The toilet is apart.
A wooden deck on stilts provides space from the kitchen with an east-northwest exposure, ideal for hot days. A small covered lounge is also waiting for you for coffee or an aperitif.
Attached to the terrace, a private swimming lane 2 m by 5 m surrounded by its wooden beach awaits you to cool off. Two other terraces, one covered and a very large space on more than one hectare. Even higher for those who are not afraid to climb the canyon and a sight to cut the breath.
The house is 2. 7 km from the village. A walk of half an hour allows to go there on foot. Linen is provided except towels (sheets, towels, tea towels, towels) and the bed will be made on arrival.
At 300 meters from the house, and for angling enthusiasts Lake Dam is an attractive place with the nearby river.
Come visit a chevrerie and taste their home cheeses ...

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans ce logement !
La propreté et les équipements, permettent de se sentir rapidement comme à la maison. La localisation est idéale, nous sommes à 30 - 45 min de différents sites touristiques.
La vue de la terrasse n'a pas de prix et cette petite piscine était la bienvenue avec cette chaleur.
Et des propriétaires discrets et attentifs !
Merci pour tout, nous n'avons pas fait le tour de l'Ardèche et nous serions ravis de revenir chez vous pour le poursuivre!

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette maison à la propreté irréprochable, rien ne manque (cuisine réellement équipée, jeux pour les enfants, documentation pour les visites...). Accueil très agréable, la personne est au service de ses hôtes mais très discrète. Les enfants ne voulaient pas repartir !!! Il y a tellement de choses à faire en Ardèche, nous reviendrons certainement!!!

Des vacances extraordinaires dans un cadre enchanteur !
Nos hôtes ont été accueillants, chaleureux et bienveillants tout en étant très discrets.
La maison est très bien placée, aménagée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût et de soin !
Nous nous sommes véritablement reposés, dans un cadre idyllique et verdoyant !
Quel bonheur ! Nous y serions restés, tant il fait bon vivre dans ce petit havre de paix !
