About this apartment rental
Nice apartment with 2 bedrooms and a very large terrace / garden.
The apartment is located on the pedestrian dike opposite the Dolphin Club (children's play center open in July and August), with a view of the nautical club (boat, board, paddle, kayak, sand yachting, kite surfing). The beach, the games club and the sailing club are very convenient for children (no road).
You are 500 m from the city center (accessible by the pedestrian embankment or by the road behind).
The apartment is in a residence of 8 apartments, on the ground floor on the sea side, and on the N-1 rear side. The rear gives access to a large number of car parking spaces.
The residence has only two floors in addition to the ground floor. At the same level as the apartment, a room allows to store the bikes.
A large 30 square meter terrace extended by a patio allows you to enjoy both the outside and the inside of the apartment. Great for enjoying the sun, sheltered from the prevailing wind (North East).
The apartment (52 m2) consists of a main room (living room) overlooking the sea, with a recent kitchen (2014), a bedroom with a double bed also overlooking the sea. At the rear, a second bedroom can accommodate 4 people in bunk beds. A corridor equipped with large closet gives access to a bathroom, a separate toilet and again a large closet.
The rooms and the corridor were renovated in 2017.

- dining room: table for 6 people, with a bench for 3 people, two chairs and stools
- kitchen: ceramic hob (4 burners), a large fan oven, an illuminating and extractor hood, a large dishwasher, fridge, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. Beater / mixer / chopper device. (beware of microwaves)
- bedroom adjoining the living room with large picture window overlooking the terrace: a 160/200 bed, a chest of drawers and two bedside tables
- rear bedroom: 2 x two bunk beds (4 beds of 90/190)
- hallway: two large wardrobes offering lots of storage (coats, bags, boots, ...)
- bathroom: a sink, a closed shower with thermostatic mixer and a washer / dryer.
- terrace equipped with a large picnic table, 2 garden armchairs and four deckchairs. + an outdoor tap to rinse your equipment back from the beach.
A guard takes care of the building and the neighboring building (lodge in the building next door).
