Here is a holiday home ideal for a stay with family or friends! This large stone mansion welcomes you in Drôme Provençale, in the countryside, and offers you a pretty private swimming pool out of sight. A large green and wooded private park awaits you and you will enjoy a pleasant shaded terrace and a small forest for your walks. The interior of the holiday home is large, warm and comfortable and has a large cozy living room with fireplace, a Provencal-style kitchen and upstairs 6 welcoming bedrooms with some their bathroom. Discover the hilltop village of Montboucher sur Jabron which will delight golfers thanks to its superb 18-hole course; but also the old fortified village of Sauzet with its maze of alleys. Lovers of good wines, you are ideally located on the Côtes du Rhône wine route and you will have the opportunity to taste a few glasses while visiting the many vineyards. Nature lovers, you can only be dazzled by the superb landscapes available to you: lavender fields as far as the eye can see dominated by the majestic Mont Ventoux, without forgetting the southern Ardèche and its superb gorges. For rock climbing enthusiasts, the Trois Becs massif will be the ideal place to indulge or discover your passion. If the quieter walks tempt you, you can take a walk and discover exceptional flora and fauna. The beautiful town of Montélimar awaits you at 5km and will give you the opportunity to savor its incomparable nougat and stroll on the shaded Provençal alleys. It is a very nice vacation rental for an unforgettable stay in the Drôme.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d'une semaine dans cette villa (14 adultes, 10 enfants). Nous n'avons pas manqué de place, la maison est bien équipée en jeux pour les enfants qui se sont régalés. Le propriétaire Alexandre est hyper sympathique, il a toujours été très accessible et arrangeant, du moment où on a réservé jusqu'à notre départ malgré le contexte du covid, vraiment rien à redire la-dessus. Il nous a meme renvoyé un ipad oublié ! Je rajouterai juste un petit point qui pourrait en gêner certains, l'autoroute ne passe pas très loin et en fonction du vent, on a pu l'entendre à certains moments. Au final cela ne nous a pas trop dérangé mais élément à prendre en compte pour ceux qui ne souhaitent aucun bruit de route.

Maison très agréable, très bien équipée, parfaitement propre et très bien située. Conforme à la description de l'annonce.
Le billard et le baby-foot ont été très appréciés des enfants et des adultes.

Idéalement situé (proche ville, autoroute) et au calme.
Nous avons passé un super week-end à 17, en profitant du grand terrain, de la belle et grande piscine, du barbecue et du terrain de pétanque à l’ombre des arbres ! Au top. Et merci au propriétaire pour son accueil
