1920 building consisting of two apartments Apartment on the 1st floor about twelve steps, spacious, bright, very well located close to all amenities.
Free parking in front of the apartment as well as an electric charging station.
A large living room of 40 m2 equipped with a kitchen: oven, fridge, electric hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle ....., laundry: washing machine, iron, ironing board, large leather lounge white as well as a convertible sofa (BZ) for the second bed.

Flat was absolutely fine for one night in Saint Omer. Fabienne was very friendly and responded quickly to messages.

The communication with the property manager was excellent from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was brilliant and the apartment was extremely well equipped.

Alles ziet er netjes uit. Hier en daar wat achterstallig onderhoud maar daar hadden wij geen hinder van tijdens ons verblijf. Er was 1 duidelijk minpunt en dat was het bed. Deze is echt aan vervanging toe. De 2 de nacht op het klapbed geslapen was ook niet alles maar beter als het normale bed. Maar nogmaals verder was het goed vertoeven. Vlak bij het centrum en op 100 m afstand ook nog een prachtig park.
