About this house rental
Nice house in a residential area, located in a dead calm.
Closed ground of 500m2, displayed full south without opposite.
Ground floor: Large sunny living room of 40m2 with large bays. Fully equipped kitchen. WC, laundry.
Floor: 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms available with beds of 160x200cm including one with en-suite bathroom + 1 bedroom with sofa bed for 1 child. A 2nd bathroom with shower and washbasin. Independent toilet.
Direct access to the sea and the landing beaches in 15 minutes,
downtown 10mn, Memorial Caen 10mn, city bus 200m, tram 1km, all shops 500m. Bicycle or pedestrian paths and 18-hole golf course nearby.
For July and August, we rent the house for a minimum of 10 nights.

Everything was just perfect. We had a very warm welcome with a personal introduction to the house which was exceptionally well equipped and in top condition.Everything was just right including the nice contact with our hosts Florence and Jean-Marie.

The Gate was a very homely, clean and well situated place for us to join in with the 80th D-Day Celebrations in Normandy. The Hosts Jean and Florence were extremely accommodating and very helpful. Will certainly stay again.

We were kindly welcomed by the owners Florence and Jean-Marie who gave us a detailled introduction.
The lovely house is extremly well kept and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is fully eqipped and we had no problems finding pots and pans.
We had a great week and even used the bus and tram to get into Caen.
