The urban bus stops (2 different lines to Annecy center) are 250 meters away.

This apartment was one of the nicest we’ve ever stayed in. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and wonderfully quiet. Being just outside the town centre was perfect, and having a dedicated car parking space was a huge bonus. The apartment was within walking distance of the lake, and with three balconies, it was a lovely space to relax.The bed was extremely comfortable, and the total blackout shutters meant we slept without any interruption. The flat was very well equipped with everything we needed and having two bikes available was a wonderful touch — we could explore the lake or reach the town in just 10 minutes.René and Danielle were warm and welcoming hosts. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the area and gave us excellent advice on where to visit around the lake and beyond. We couldn’t recommend this apartment more highly!

Our stay at Rene and Danielle's apartment was absolutely charming.
The apartment was very spacious and homely. We enjoyed our time here. Rene and Danielle were so helpful and very accommodating with everything. The neighbour also very friendly and helped us to find the apartment and moved his car to allow us to park near to the apartment.
Plenty of clean towels, and everything you would need in a kitchen. The kichen was very spacious for cooking in.
There is plenty of free parking spaces.
Location excellenct, a very short bike ride to the lake, and all on the flat. Easier to get into Annecy by bike than by car.
The local supermarket and bakery very close by,
We would definitely stay here again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Annecy. Le logement d’une qualité irréprochable, tout est pensé pour ne manquer de rien. Et monsieur Sunni de bons conseils pour passer un bon séjour, à notre arrivée toutes les documentations étaient disponibles et des petits présents bien appréciés. Merci pour tout.

Tres bel appartement très propre et très bien situe. Les hôtes très sympatriques et nous ont donnes beaucoup dinformation. Aucun problème avec le stationnement proche des commerces et des autoroutes. Merci pour la confiture et les pommes. Nous recommandons chaleureusement votre appartement.
