About this chalet rental
Superb large family chalet located at the entrance of the Lioran ski resort.
Featuring a huge living room with a large dining table, this chalet will be perfect for enjoying convivial moments around the table. It has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 15 people. All sleeping arrangements are standard size with 140X190 for double beds and 90x190 for single beds. Its 6 toilets and 4 bathrooms allow privacy and autonomy for large groups.
This large 200 m² accommodation is furnished with taste and mountain style and fully equipped for your comfort. Its location will offer you a superb view of the mountain.
The rental is located 200 m from the "Le Lioran" station, 200 m from the ski slope and the "Masseboeuf Chairlift", 300 m from the "Paint Ball" attractions park. It is near the national road and has free parking spaces that can accommodate up to 6 cars. Numerous hiking trail and mountain bike path departures will be available to you. You can enjoy its garden furniture installed on the 100 m² terrace, its fireplace, included internet access (wifi), hair dryer, electric heating...
The American kitchen, gas-powered, is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, filter coffee maker and Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The chalet has a vast ski storage room with ski boot dryer.
This accommodation is ideal for your large group reunions with family and/or friends.
Towels and linen are not provided, possibility of renting them upon request.
Non-smoking accommodation. Pets are accepted with a supplement of 35 euros.
45 euros of administrative fees are to be expected.

Très bon week-end passé en famille dans ce grand chalet de montagne cocooning ou nous nous sommes tous retrouvés.
La pièce de vie est top, avec une grande table ainsi qu’un coin salon très confortable.
Très bien équipé!
Chambre avec salle de bain pour chacun très appréciable.
Petit bémol pour la terrasse au bord d’une route très passante donc bruyante mais la vue sur le plomb du Cantal comblait ce petit désagrément.

L'emplacement du chalet et la boucherie à coté de très bonne qualité.

5 étoiles pour l'intérieur du chalet : rénové avec goût et très bien équipé.
Salles de bains modernes et très propres.
Électroménager très fonctionnel (les deux réfrigérateurs ont été appréciés) et vaisselle en quantité suffisante.
1 étoile seulement pour l'extérieur et la localisation : Le chalet se situe en bordure d'une route nationale très fréquentée par les camions. La terrasse surplombe immédiatement cette route, si bien qu'il est impossible de manger en extérieur sans subir les nuisances sonores. La maison devient très bruyante dès que l'on ouvre les fenêtres. Il n'y a pas de jardin pour les enfants.
En conclusion, ce chalet doit très bien convenir pour les séjours à la neige, mais nous le déconseillons l'été avec des enfants.
