In Boulouris, residential area of St-Raphaël, quiet, surrounded by gardens, this apartment of 3 real rooms and 50 M2, makes you enjoy a large covered covered terrace of 30 M2 and a sunny private enclosed garden of 235 M2. It is located on the ground floor of a 2-level villa with 3 apartments. The living room, with kitchen area well equipped with appliances, faces south and west, it opens with a large French window onto the covered terrace and the garden. So you can go inside and out as easily! You can take your meals and stroll in the sun on the terrace, 2 sun loungers are at your disposal. Two beautiful bedrooms, one of which also overlooks the terrace and garden, to the south. The second exposed west and north overlooks the garden. All amenities are within walking distance. The apartment has been largely renovated and offers all the comfort. Bathroom and toilet are separate. All rooms are independent. The apartment has 3 exhibitions, it is well ventilated.

We visited last week in August. The appartment was as described in the pictures, with a fully functional kitchen and 2 bedrooms and separate toilet. There even was a bed for a baby and Marie-Therese also was so kind to offer us some toys to play with for our 1 year old daughter. She and her husband were were helpful with all our wishes. There is very goof WI-FI in the appartment which is free to use. The location is around 800m to the sea and 10mins by foot to the small city centre of bouloris with some smaller supermarkets. Still we recommend to take a (rental) car and explore the surrondings. St. Raphael (3km) is a very nice city with a nice and long sandy beach. There is of course always the possibility to take a bus or a train, if no car is available. The appartment also has its own parking lot, there was nothing to complain about - we hat a nice holiday there and can recommend booking it
