Beautiful charming villa of 240m ², independent, 3000 m² of enclosed park, private and planted with olive trees. 2 large terraces that run along the house: a pool side terrace, semi covered with virgin vineyards, an olive grove terrace, covered with tiles with a summer seating area and barbecue. Large private pool 5 X 11. Refined villa with very large volumes and fine materials, artisan terracotta, marble, exposed beams. Billiard, bowling green with bowling in front of the house.

The house was very comfortable, with everything you could need. All bedrooms had air conditioning (which was much appreciated!).The property grounds were lovely, totally private with a great view of the valley.The equipment to keep children entertained was great: pool table, football table, numerous balls, pool inflatables, petanque sets.It was a wonderful relaxing break.

Fabulous villa. Excellent location close to Avignon, Uzes, and Nimes.
Down a quiet road, gated property.
Superb gardens and outdoor space, topped off by a stunning pool with a view over the local vineyards.
Kitchen well equipped, living area extremely comfortable. Added bonus of pool table and table football meant that we were never short on entertainment in the evenings. Aircon bedrooms and en suite bathrooms perfect for us.
Marie was a charming host and allowed us to feel totally at home. Easy to contact and very responsive with all queries.

Le rapport qualité prix est moyen , trop cher au regard des prestations proposées. Beau terrain plat mais par endroit pas entretenu ( proximité terrain de boules) , grande maison au calme exposées au vent , température maximum de la piscine 23 degrés …Beaucoup de moustiques et d’insectes …bel espace intérieur mais 2 chambres très petites et pas de climatisation dans la pièce de vie, en plein été c’est suffocant, équipement cuisine de moyen , vaisselle ébréchée, , un four neuf que l’on vous demande de ne pas utiliser car il y en a un autre….Cumulus insuffisant pour 6 personnes… Un accueil de la propriétaire un peu froid qui restant sur les lieux pendant 2 jours dans le gîte attenant vous envoie des sms, musique trop forte à son goût, ne pas mettre de bouées dans la piscine car l’eau ne peut pas filtrer, ne pas laisser tourner la climatisation dans les chambres quand dehors il fait 37 degrés
Au final on ne sent pas chez soi , …dommage de ne pas donner votre confiance à ce prix là .
