- An open-plan kitchen with: sink, oven, fridge-freezer, 4-burner induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and various other accessories;
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm);
- A bathroom with shower and sink;
- Separate WC;
Upstairs:
- An alcove with two single beds (70x190cm);
- A second bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm);
- A third bedroom, identical to the first, with a double bed (140x190cm);
- A bathroom with a washbasin and walk-in shower;
- A separate toilet.
The house has a garage (with washing machine access) and an outdoor area with outdoor seating, patio furniture, and sun loungers. Parking is available in the driveway.
