Fully furnished fourth floor apartment located in the ?Grand Roc Residence? at the foot of the Grands Montets lift Station (2 min by foot). It has been totally renovated during Summer 2009 to a high standard with a modern, cocooning, quiet and comfortable feel with Southeast exposure.
This apartment up to max 4 people fits perfectly for two couples, a home office, a family or small groups to live in real comfort on a self catered holiday working period, with space for occasional guests.
The accomadation of this two floors 38m2 apartment consists of:
- Entrance with separated wash-basin and WC .
- Fully equiped kitchen (with ceramic glass cooktop, refrigerator, microwave grill and a dishwasher)
- A living room with one single sofa and a dining table which seats four.
At the first floor:
- one spacious double bedroom that benefits from storage cupboards with excellent views down the valley and Glacier of Argentiere
- one cabin with twin beds
- one bathroom (bath shower)

The Location directions were unclear with no actual keypad code displayed and the Vrbo app displayed gibberish for the check out details so I would suggest you check your website.The stay would have been improved with WiFi and an aerial cable for the TV

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement confortable, bien équipé et ultra optimisé. On regrette l'absence de vrai four, compensée par celle du lave vaisselle :)

Nous sommes habitués de la résidence Grand Roc, nous avons vraiment appréciés l'appartement par son aménagement, sa propreté, la facilité pour y accéder à notre arrivée. Nous souhaitons y retourner régulièrement ,le réserverons à nouveau et le recommandons sans hésiter. Josselin et Paul
