Chamonix is a great place to visit with loads of activities and a lively atmosphere in the town centre. There are brilliant hikes at all levels of difficulty. The apartment is within easy walking distance of the town centre, buses and trains so it's easy to get around without a car. It has a nice big window and a balcony. The loft bed saves space and makes the apartment feel roomier. The kitchen was well equipped and the shower was good.
The loft bed was great for saving space but you do have to be careful not to bump your head! The kitchen is a bit old, but as I said well equipped and everything worked.

Przyjechaliśmy tu na kilka dni celem pochodzenia wokół Mount Blanc. Wszystko udało się świetnie. W ogóle nie używaliśmy auta, bo wszędzie bliziutko. Prawie centrum Chamonix, ale na tyle na uboczu, że nie przeszkadzały nam odgłosy miasta. Czystość na satysfakcjonującym poziomie.
Apartament jest mocno podstarzały, niektóre sprzęty nie działają (słuchawka prysznica ledwo trzymała się ściany, zamykanie szafek itp), ale jeśli nie oczekujesz luksusów, bo większość dnia spędzasz w górach, to miejsce godne rozważenia.
