About this farm stay rental
At the edge of the village of Upie, a restored farmhouse home in his old silk this cozy cottage tastefully decorated. Adjoining the owners, its entry is independent and east-facing terrace, barbecue and private garden not overlooked. The property is situated on 3000m2 garden shaded by large mulberry trees, wooded and fleuri..Nombreuses varieties of old roses ...
On the ground floor, living room with open kitchen overlooking the terrace and garden + small laundry area.
1 separate wc.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms: Safran (140 bed)
and Iris (bed 140 + bed 90) each with privative bathroom and WC. Beds made on arrival.
We have chosen to renewable energy for this cottage with a pellet boiler and solar hot water at will.
Swimming pool south of 11m x 3.50m (shared with the owners). Fully enclosed.
If your car is required for site visits and other rides, you can do your daily shopping in the village on foot! Nearby you will find a U grocery store, a tobacconist, a pharmacy. Farms around sell their productions, (bio!)
VTC loan to travel the marked circuits of "The Drôme by bike". Rafting and canoeing in the Drôme nearby for lovers ...
In summer, numerous events and festivals around. Grignan, Crest etc ...

Genevièves Guesthouse is very nice, very well equipped and quiet with a beautiful Garden, you almost don´t notice the street. The Kids loved the Pool. Geneviève is there if you need her but gives you the privacy you are looking for. Next to the property is a pharmacy and a supermarket which is very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at the gîte du Mas des Clots. The place is very clean, has everything you need to cook and is very private. The property manager is very friendly.

We had a great stay in Upie… really great location to explore the region and the Gites has a brilliant pool and great facilities for a comfortable stay. Has everything you need to unwind relax and enjoy the Drome
