About this house rental
"Les Oliviers" is located in a dead-end road, 5 minutes walking distance from the center of a medieval village. The house offers an exceptional point of view of the Pont du Gard and the surrounding landscape.
Very quiet and preserved from neighboring properties thanks to almost 1 hectare of lush garden, it is a perfect haven for families or groups of adult friends.
Offering 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the house comfortably accommodates 10 people (up to 12 if traveling with children 24 months or less).
On the southern side, the large terrace - 60m2 - overlooks the pool and garden. At the pool level, the summer kitchen and/or Pool-House is equipped with a sink, a large countertop, a small refrigerator and a state-of-the-art plancha grill. The Pool House also features a half-bathroom (powder room).
The pool is 10m by 4m (33ft by 13ft). It is equipped with a rigid safety cover, perfect for your peace of mind if you are traveling with young children. Covering the pool also help to prevent the water from cooling at night.
The garden, almost 1 hectare big, is planted with many regional species of trees. Kids love to explore it and look for the funny sculpted plants. The front of the house makes a perfect and shaded natural pétanque terrain.
We hire a professional service to deal with the preparation of your stay, as well as check-in / check-out processes. Linens and bathroom towels are provided. A poolman and a gardener come by on a weekly basis. End-of-stay cleaning and laundry services are included in the price. Please consult the House Rules Section for more details.
Castillon-du-Gard is one of the most beautiful village on this side of Provence. It is perched on a hill overlooking the surrounding forests and vineyards. Great accomodation to spend time in the summer. Easy check-in and check-out. Nice pool, lots of space (indoor and outdoor), complete (new) kitchen and good options for dining outside. We love the garden and also the cute village. Enough to do in the neigbourhood (lunch, dinner, wine, g ).

We enjoyed the pool, nice garden, facilities in the house and also the restaurant (Joio) and hotel (Vieux) in town.

Such a great place to stay. Fabulous view and wonderful town nearby. Plenty of space for everyone. Pool was excellent. Felt relaxed immediately on arrival. Hope to return again next year.

Beautiful house in a terrific location overlooking the Pont du Gard. Great pool, plenty of outside sitting space, and large garden.Short walk into Castillon du Gard, which is a lovely hilltop village , and has a bakers, butchers/ deli, 2 restaurants, two cafes that do good food, and a bar.
Easy trips locally to Pont du Gard, Uzes, Avignon and Nimes.
Only negatives were lack of aircon in the two downstairs bedrooms, and beds and bedding need an upgrade.
