Bem localizado, garagem disponível, área de lazer completa.
Apartamento com a pintura suja, mal conservado, proprietário de difícil contato e telefone indicado para apoio não atende. Eletrodomésticos quebrados (forno elétrico e máquina de lavar), chuveiro elétrico queimado que demandou manutenção por minha conta para uso.

The appartement was clean. Close to the beach. Safe location.
This was a business trip. The communication with the host was very poor. I have not heard from him after booking when there were questions about checking in and invoices. The appartment is not quiet and misses some items for a 1 week business stay such as towels and an iron.
