Localização central em Niterói. Fácil de ir para qualquer lugar.
Limpeza deixou a desejar. Não havia toalhas de rosto disponíveis. Travesseiros precisam de substituição por outros mais confortáveis.

Havia roupa de cama, mas não sabíamos se estavam limpas ou sujas. O mesmo para as toalhas que estavam estendidas, mas não pareciam limpas. Seria melhor dizer para levar a roupa de cama e afins.
