The villa boasts a lovely private garden where you can relax under the sun or take a refreshing dip in the inviting pool. Open from May 1st to September 30th, the pool is the ideal spot to spend hot afternoons. The spacious terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, perfect for social gatherings with friends and family in a relaxed atmosphere.

Indoors, the villa features spacious common areas that are stylishly furnished to maximize comfort and functionality. The living room includes a comfortable sofa corner where you can watch a movie on the flat-screen TV or enjoy music from the CD player. The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, making cooking a pleasure. The dining area is ideal for family meals and cozy chats.

The villa is easily accessible by car. It is approximately 30 minutes from Nîmes-Garons Airport and 20 minutes from Nîmes TGV station. Parking is available on-site for safe vehicle storage.

- Cleaning at the end of your stay must be done by the tenant, or can be organized for 70 euros, to be paid on site.
- Towels must be provided by the tenant, or can be rented for 5 euros per person, to be paid on site.
- Bed linen must be brought by the tenant, or can be rented for 6 euros per person, to be paid on site.
- A tourist tax of 1 euro per person per night will be required upon arrival.

Summary of reviewsBeautiful villa in the countryside, as advertised. Slightly old-fashioned furniture but comfortable beds. Nice pool, although a bit cold as it had just been filled. Only downside was the advertised wifi being down.

Belle villa, en pleine campagne, correspondant à l annonce mais mobilier un peu vieillot par contre bonne literie. Belle piscine qui venait d'être complétée en eau donc un peu froide. Petit bémol la wifi annoncée était en panne
