CLANSAYES, charming hilltop village dominating the Rhône valley, its fields of lavender and olive trees.
Charming apartment of 77m2 called 'Viognier' which can accommodate 4 people, on landscaped grounds of 2 hectares.
On the garden level, direct entrance to the fitted kitchen and the living room with stylish fireplace. Some period features have been preserved: sink, fireplace and French ceiling.
A staircase leads us upstairs where there are 2 interconnecting bedrooms, each with WC and bathroom.
Private terrace with pergola, private box (storage of bikes or other), 12 x 5 swimming pool to share, sunbathing available, bowling pitch, private parking.
Sleeping: a 140 bed - a 160 bed and a convertible sofa
Linens provided
Household equipment: hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer (in common laundry), vacuum cleaner, electric barbecue, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
Multimedia equipment: flat screen TV - Wifi internet
Outdoor equipment: table and four chairs

Appartement très agréable, spacieux et fonctionnel. Jardin et piscine très bien entretenus.

Un superbe domaine, la maison est idéale, tout y ai, c'est propre, il ne manquait que la Clim dans les chambres en période de canicule.
Le domaine est en bord de route mais on ne sent pas gêné par la circulation.
Le coin piscine est juste incroyable, ce sont de belles vacances calme et reposante
