About this apartment rental
Apartment classified 3 stars, 100 m from Lake Annecy, and the bike path, in a quiet, fenced villa, with private parking for your car. You will reach the apartment by an independent entrance, with an external staircase. You will be the only tenants in the property. Garden of 2000 m2, part of which is exclusively for you.
Unlimited free WiFi; TV with TNT reception. Sheets are provided, end of stay cleaning is included in the rental price; furnished apartment fully equipped, small grocery store (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee etc.) in the apartment upon arrival.
Starting point for bike tours (we are at the foot of the Leschaux pass; Forclaz pass and other passes of the Tour de France in the vicinity).
Possibility of practicing all sports (water, sliding, mountain, flight, etc.) in the surrounding area; and also: summer toboggan, adventure trails, hikes (you are in the Bauges Natural Park), paragliding, rollerblading ...
For more comfort the kitchen and living room area has been completely refurbished and repainted in March 2019.
The owners of the apartment are not anonymous and absent investors but real inhabitants of the village: we know the region perfectly, the hikes, the good addresses, the things to see or avoid: we can advise and help you in order to make your vacation even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic time here, the apartment is lovely with a nice garden area to use lots of close by amenities & a fantastic location to explore Aneccy & the surrounding mountains.
The free bus around the lake was an added bonus!

Appartement cosy, très bien équipé, tout près de la piste cyclable et du lac. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Nous avons passés une excellente semaine et reviendrons avec plaisir.
