bright living room with fully equipped kitchen open to lounge (sofa bed sleeping 140x190), 1 bathroom with toilet and furniture. Laundry room with washing machine.
For your convenience the kitchen is fully equipped with 2 burner stove, hood, fridge freezer, kettle, cookware / kitchen, full battery.
1 outside parking spaces
Close to: local shops bakery / pastry / newsagent / post office, Carrefour markets 400m, restaurants 150m
Annecy downtown / old town / train station 15min, 30min Génève airport.
Sports and leisure nearby: bathing access lake and beach at 600 meters, bike path, rental boats / pedal boats, many water activities (water-skiing, wake-boarding, diving, fishing, windsurfing ....) At 1. 5km, hiking, ski resorts "Semnoz" 20min / "La Clusaz" 60kms / "Grand-Bornand" 43kms.

Nous regrettons une batterie de cuisine incomplète, une table de cuisine non fonctionnelle et aucun plan de travail ... un réfrigérateur avec freezer et non un congélateur comme indiqué sur le site.
Ce studio est sous les combles donc il y fait très chaud , dommage car sinon ce studio pourrait être très agréable.
