On the ground floor is the apartment. Kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms, living room, guest toilet for a total of 4 persons. In the 1. Floor are 4 bedrooms - 1 single, 2 double and 1 four-bed room (for a total of 9 people), 2 bathrooms with 3 shower facilities with bath and toilet. Facilities: Parking and small children's playground next to the house, fridge (freezer), dishwasher, coffee machine (s), kettle, toaster, satellite, W-LAN, radio / CD player, large swivel grill incl. Firewood (on request), towels and sheets.
Very idyllic, detached, 2-storey farmhouse (built in 1915 - renovated in 2016) with about 180 m² living space at the end of a dead end in the middle of a horse farm for a total of 13 people in a family, child-friendly atmosphere. Ideal for families with children, hikers, cyclists, motorcycle groups, fitters, trail riders, tourists with their own horse (full board for your horse possible - no boxing). Barbecue in front of the house. A restaurant and supermarkets are within a few minutes walk. The Hemsbacher Wiesensee and the Weinheimer Waidsee with their beach baths offer in summer a high fun factor with excellent recreational opportunities. Both can be reached in a few minutes via car. Big house on a horse hotel and stables. Beautiful countryside around - we did walks, visited Heidelberg and found some local swimming pools for the children. Spacious bedrooms but some were locked and it could do with a larger and more comfortable lounge with more seating.
