About this house rental
The house is situated in a beautiful garden of 5'200 m2, totally fenced and absolutly quiet except for the song of the cicadas and the waterfall going from the rocks into the pool. You can sit on the terrace, enjoy a glass of vine and admire the wonderful view on the old town of Vaison as well as the Mont Ventoux, or admire the stars in a absolute clear sky while lying in the hammock. The best medicin against stress. On the other side of the fence there is a vineyard which belongs to the house and the "garrigue" with wild thyme and rosemary, a delicious smell and ideal for walks with a dog. They too are welcome to enjoy a holiday.

We received good directions to the property and found it easily. It is a very easy fifteen minute walk into the centre of Vaison.On VRBO, the property was advertised as being a “Beautiful house with swimming pool, superb view on Mont Ventoux and old town”. The house is comfortable, but not suited to the hot temperatures we experienced, which were upper 30C, and even overnight rarely dropped below 25 in the bedroom. We asked for a fan, which improved the night time comfort slightly. There is only 1 bathroom with toilet, not 2 as described on VRBO.We were thankful for the small pool, but there was sadly no waterfall, no view of Mont Ventoux, and no hammock, as described. The galley kitchen has the essentials, and an inverter microwave oven, but limited worktop space. There is plenty of room to eat inside or out on the terrace overlooking the pool and lovely garden.We did enjoy our stay, and the walks into Vaison, which is a lovely town.

Amazing house with everything you need.
The garden and swimming pool are great for the hot summer.
The owner lives next to the home but you have all the privacy you want.

We enyoded our stay in an quit surrounding.
N other experience not so good was connecting with my VRBO account so I didn’t have the exact address. Thanks to Jobonet from VRBO who helps us for connect with the owner
